Carray Young is the Broker Owner of NextHome Endless Summer, serving Northeast Florida with nearly a decade of real estate experience, more than 125 closed transactions, and a reputation for strong leadership, agent development, and client advocacy. As a REALTOR® and brokerage leader, she specializes in residential real estate, relocation, first-time homebuyers, investment properties, and business growth for real estate professionals seeking mentorship, structure, and long-term career development.

Known for her transparent communication style and relationship-driven leadership, Carray has built her business around professionalism, education, and empowering both clients and agents to make confident decisions. Her experience spans buyers, sellers, investors, and recruiting agents who want to grow within a collaborative, forward-thinking brokerage environment in Northeast Florida.

Carray is deeply involved at the local and state levels of organized real estate and is widely recognized for her leadership within the industry. She currently serves as the 2026–2027 President of Women’s Council of REALTORS® Jacksonville, a Florida REALTORS® Director, and a NEFAR Director serving from 2023–2027.
